NO UPS DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES ? Please do NOT use a P.O. Box for a shipping address in your order. This will cause a delay in shipment date and delivery!
Item will be shipped within 1-2 working days after full payment is received. (except for the pre-sale listing).
We only ship item to your PayPal confirmed address for fast and accurate shipment. Please double check your PayPal shipping address before confirming the payment.

If your total order value is $100 or more, a signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery confirmation (i.e. Signature requirement) is not requested by us, the shipper, but by the carriers. Signature requests are required if the carriers feel the neighborhood is unsafe to leave the package on the front porch.
Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates.
Shipping time is only an estimate; it is NOT a promise nor guarantee.

– Typically 2 – 9 business days in the 48 contiguous  states for most origins / destinations.
– Estimated delivery time within Alaska / Hawaii / PR /  US Territories addresses is approximately 4 to 21 days.
2. Expedited (by USPS Priority Mail or UPS)
– Typically 2 – 6 business days in the 48 contiguous  states for most origins / destinations.
– Specific delivery standards may be available when  postage is calculated.
Payment  Policies:
PayPal is the only payment method available.
A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received after 7 days of auction.

Return  Policies:
If you are returning your item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred during shipping products back.
We gladly accept your return within 14 days of the original purchase.
All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender. (Please email our customer service team to request the RMA number prior to returning the item)
Return products must also be in original condition. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc.).
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please check your item(s) after receiving. If your item(s) arrives defective or has any problems, please keep all original packaging material and box for inspection and replacement purposes.
We only allow even exchanges. Any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
We strive to maintain a goal of 48 hour service for all replacements. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered. We will contact you via email if such back order occurs.
Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
