We ship only to confirmed addresses if paying by PayPal.

of casting and refining platinum, there is an additional 20% recycling charge on any
return of a platinum item.
To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number by contacting us at via
eBay Messages or phone.
We will inspect your item. If your item shows signs of wear, or have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way,
we cannot accept the return.
Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 Business Days upon verified & tracked receipt
of your return package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
