Description

THE
DEAD ZONE – Castle County – New Hampshire
This embroidered patch is only and
exclusively available from our site.
This is the
fictional patch of Castle County Sheriff’s Department which is worn by the
character of Sheriff George Bannerman (Tom Skerritt) and Deputy Frank Dodd
(Nicholas Campbell) in the 1983 Stephen King film “The Dead Zone”.
Like many of Stephen King stories, the book
and film sometimes takes place in the fictional town of “Castle Rock” Maine
(However the film makers designed the patch to read “Castle County”, not
“Castle Rock” and also identified the state as “New Hampshire” and not “Maine”.
The patch is
approximately three and half inches wide by four and half inches high and is
white with brown lettering (CASTLE COUNTY and NEW HAMPSHIRE) and an inner brown
and gold border.
The center seal
consists of a circle with three representation of the town’s logo which are an
American Indian (white), a fish (blue) and a shield with a blue and white color
wave design.
The patch is brand new and
has never been used and can be displayed or worn (for legal purposes!)
conventions, costume, etc.
This patch is
a replica and has not been “screen or production used”.
These patches are intended for collecting
purposes only and do not convey any legal authority to the possessor.
If
you collect or like fictional movie or television police department patches, be
