For best results, apply Marker Mates to clean residue free marker backs. Oils, fluids, and residue will cause the “mates” to not adhere properly. For best results, assure that there is no air gaps between the “mate” and the marker by pressing firmly on the “mate” from the center outwards.
If you get dirt or lint on the Marker Mates, simply wash it with warm water and gently rub your finger in a circular motion to remove any debris. Do not use alcohol or any alcohol based disinfectants. Make sure that there is no lotion or cream on your hands during this process. Let air dry approx. 2 minutes before using.
